  • Reboot student computer

  • Click on Worry-Free Business
  • Standard SSA login and password
  • Antivirus
    • Action Unsuccessful Link
    • View 500+ (depending on number of infections)
  • Print as landscape view

Unblocking a URL
On Server
  • Logon to server
  • Worry-Free Business (Admin, same password)
  • Preferences
  • Global Settings
  • Server Workstations/Desktop Server
  • URLs to Approve (Web Reputation)
  • Type in URL, Add

On Individual Computer
  • Right-Click on Trend logo in tray
  • Client/Server Security Agent Console
  • Security Protection
    • Add URL, Add, Apply, Close
